How to Write a UK CV
A UK CV typically runs 2 pages and follows a reverse-chronological structure: Personal Details (name, phone, email, optional LinkedIn), Personal Statement (3–4 sentences), Work Experience (most recent first, with quantified achievements), Education (degree, university, year, classification - e.g., 2:1), Skills, and Interests or References (the latter is optional). Avoid US-style "resume" length - UK CVs can be longer.

In the UK, "CV" is the standard term for what Americans call a resume. How long should a UK CV be?

Should I include a photo on my UK CV?
